Why charge private sellers anything?
Because $0 is what every scam marketplace charges. The $5 fee filters out throwaway accounts and funds the human reviewing your ID. It's the cheapest verification in the industry.
What does the $99 dealer verification fee cover?
EIN verification, state dealer-license check, principal background screening, and a sweep of stolen-vehicle databases against your inventory. It's a one-time fee — you don't pay it again at renewal.
What happens after the 30-day free trial?
On day 31, the card you added at signup is charged for the plan you picked (Basic $199/mo or Pro $399/mo). We email you on day 25 as a reminder. Cancel anytime in the first 30 days from your dealer dashboard and you're charged $0 — no email, no phone call required.
Which dealer plan is right for me?
Basic ($199/mo, up to 100 active listings) fits independent and used-bike shops. Pro ($399/mo, up to 500 listings) covers mid-size multi-brand dealers. Enterprise is custom-priced for franchises and multi-location groups with 500+ inventory. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time.
What if I go over my listing cap?
We'll never auto-charge you. New listings just won't publish until you archive sold inventory or upgrade. You'll see a clear warning at 80% of your cap.
Do you take a cut of the sale?
No. We aren't in the transaction. Buyer pays seller directly. We make money on listings and verifications — not on your bike.
